Great for families, especially with young kids. Our room had a nice space for the kids to play that felt like their own. Laundry and a refrigerator were a huge plus! Staff is so kind and friendly.

The elevator stop on 2 is annoying! I know it's for legal reasons, but it sucks! Lol

9.6/10 Exceptional! (64 reviews)
Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. The staff were very nice.

"Excellent hotel for people with connecting flights in the next day morning or arriving late to stay in Tokyo. Also, the price is affordable. I could find many restaurants at Terminal 3 and Airport Garden. Hotel has onsen, too which is a big plus."
