建物までの道がみなさんの口コミ同様、本当に細くて、ここを曲がるの？？曲がれるの？！という場所でした。 施設自体はとても綺麗で快適でした。庭の隙間は中型犬であれば抜け出す心配はなさそうです。周りが完全に住宅地なのでリゾート感は低めです。

とてもきれいで清潔感のあるお部屋でした。 富士山も二階のバルコニーからきれいに見えました。 注意点は、皆さんも言われてましたが、道が狭いところがあります。 それから、ひとつ残念だったのは、プライベートドックランが一階のBBQテラスの横にあるのですが、下に隙間があり、うちのわんこはくぐれてしまうので、柵のようなものがあったらよかったなと思いました。 それ以外はとても素敵で大満足！！楽しいひとときを家族で過ごすことができました。

１０５は１階からは富士山の頭のみ、２階からは富士峰もある程度見ることができました。 またお風呂から出られるベランダからは、たまたま河口湖で行なわれていた打ち上げ花火も見れました。 夜になると、富士山頂上に連なる登山客が照らす光の道がうっすらと見えます。 コテージまでの車での行き方は、サイトの写真にあった「お好み焼きZOO」の向かいの道からでないと入りにくいです。我が家は２台ともナビ頼り（入りにくい道）に進行してしまい、進入できずサイトを調べなんとか辿り着きました。 ワンちゃん連れ（小型犬）は、ウッドデッキ下が空いているため要注意かと思います。また、ウッドデッキから庭まではある程度高さがあるため、我が家の大型犬は毎回持ち上げる羽目になりました。 お風呂にはジャグジーがついており、富士山を眺めながら入ることができます。 ただし電線や電柱、向かいの屋根があるため雄大な景色とは言えません。

親子4世代と愛犬2匹とお邪魔しました♪事前にコテージまでの道が狭くなってると知った上で行ったので対向車にも遭遇しなかったので良かったです。チェックインもタブレットで済むのも安心でした。キッチン道具も清潔感があって抵抗なく使えました。ランタンの電池が切れていてタブレットで問い合わせしましたが…うまく理解してもらえず【外国人スタッフ】結局電池は届かず…少し暗い中バルコニーでのBBQを楽しみました。 全てダブルベットだったのですが、家族といっても普段は、シングルで1人で寝ているので…ちょっと隣に気遣って眠りが浅かったです…やはり眠りは大事なので…シングルでゆっくり寝たかったです。この一点だけが残念でした。

室内は床暖房もありとても暖かく半袖を持っていけばよかったと後悔、、大人4人とペット2匹の家族で宿泊。吹き抜けになっていて2階から1階がよく見えるので、わんちゃんがどこにいるのか様子が見れてとても開放的なお家でした。一緒に宿泊した人も全員一致でここ凄くいいと！もう少し暖かい季節なら外でバーベキューやりたかったな。リピートしたいです！ 強いて言うならどこに何があるかや操作がわからないものもあったので、冊子がなくてもわかるとありがたいです。

施設は新しいので良かったのですが、難点から言うと場所がわかりづらい、お風呂が2階で水圧が低い、食器類が重い、ウッドデッキがペットには滑る、カラトリーの引き出しが大きな引き出しの中にあってわかりにくい、良い点は今回定員10人のところ5人で利用しましたが、タオル等は10人分あり、河口湖インターを下りてスーパーがあるので便利、富士山は間近に見えるロケーションということで、戸建感覚でも日常から離れた時間が過ごせたと思います。ドッグランがあることで行ってみようと思い、我が家の犬も楽しそうでした。 またみんなの時間が合えば、違う場所にも行ってみたいと思います。
