Well satisfied with the cleanliness and food in the breakfast buffet the place was so beautiful the food was delicious the staff are nice and I would bring my friends from america next year to stay here they going to visit japan highly recommended the price was right the place was good 😘👏

Nice stay
The hotel was in a great location. We were near the train station and close to Mt. Fuji. The staff was friendly and we will stay here again.

Clean but not convenient.
Reservation department is horrible. Pre-booked 4 rooms with single beds but was told no room. Then if l want must pay extra which is rediculous. Room is clean and reasonably spacious and wifi is good. Convenient location where you can get lots of restaurant. However need a car for this area as train station is a distance away. Reception staff is polite and helpful. Another negative is limited parking lot and need to pay 500 yen per night. Would not recommend this place for tourist without car. More convenient to stay at kawaguchiko.

Nice hotel, although a little from the train station. We needed to get a taxi everytime, which came up to be about ¥1000-¥1500 each trip. Friendly staff.

富士宮や三島観光にお勧め
富士宮や三島観光の途中で滞在しました ウェルカムドリンクはミネラルウォーター。コスパを考えてセミダブルを選択 税抜き4千円台は格安。部屋の有料チャンネルが無料で見放題なのが良かった。 ユニットバスは一般的な大きさで、新しい為かとても清潔できれいだった。

富士山が見えるホテル
駐車場があり、台数を多く止まれそうなので、車で行く人にとってはいいと思います。部屋の感じは普通だけど、シアターが見放題なのが良かったです。ホテルから富士山が綺麗に見えました。 値段が高くなく、コスパはいいと思います。

1階にコンビニもあるし、周りに飲食店も多いので食事には困りませんでした。 チェックイン、アウトも迅速でしたし、ホテルマンの対応も良かったです。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

深夜過ぎの予約だったにも関わらず素早く対処していただけました！ 部屋もダブルだったのですが、思ったよりも広かったです。 一階のコンビニもべんりでした。
