This beautiful holiday home, featuring a traditional thatched roof, shutters, a fieldstone fence typical of the area, and an 882 m² lot by the pond, is located in a new holiday home community. It offers plenty of space for four guests (two bedrooms with double beds) and features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sauna, as well as a bathroom with a tub and toilet on the upper floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor.<br><br>On the ground floor, there is an approximately 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cosy couch nook, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table that seats 6 people. The spacious sun terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond.
