The spacious living room features hardwood floors, a sofa area (with a sleeper sofa), an armchair, and a modern stove, creating a cosy atmosphere year-round. A 44–55-inch satellite TV, a hi-fi system, books, and various games provide a variety of entertainment options. The open-concept kitchen is state-of-the-art and features a 4-burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, coffee and tea maker, as well as a full range of kitchen utensils and tableware.
