Exclusive vacation apartment | dream location at the foot of the Alps | suitable for allergy sufferers

Our 'Am Ländeweg' apartment for up to four people, awarded with D **** stars by the DTV, has two large bedrooms with an east-facing balcony and a view of the old town of Füssen and the Lech. In the spacious living area, you can relax with friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher. The facilities include a bathroom with balcony and a separate shower room. Other amenities include two south-facing balconies with a view of the Säuling, our local mountain. You can wash and dry your laundry in the separate laundry room that belongs to the house.

Beautiful and quiet location

Excellent property with beautiful views. Nice and spacious with lovely living and dining room. Very good kitchen and domestic equipment. It is a very good base for hiking/cycling being close to the trails. The supermarket is only a 15 minute walk into town. I highly recommend this property.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Von der Ferienwohnung erreicht man zu Fuß, entlang am Lech, innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten die Altstadt. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Schönste Ferienwohnung in Füssen

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, die Einrichtung läßt kaum einen Wunsch offen. Unübertroffen Ist der Ausblick vom Balkon bei den Schlafzimmer, dieser eignet sich hervorragend für ein Frühstück in der aufgehenden Sonne. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Füssen würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen! *****

Gemütliche Auszeit

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist unheimlich liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin sowie die festen Mieter der anderen Wohnungen waren sehr nett! Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man kann am Lech entlang in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt spazieren oder mit dem Fahrrad ruckzuck auf die Wege rund um die Stadt gelangen. Mal abgesehen vom deutschen Sommer war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - sie war hell, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf den Lech und Füssen ist beeindruckend. Man kann einfach los wandern und ist direkt beim Lechfall oder am Alatsee, Salober Alp usw. - eine super Lage!

Wie zu Hause mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Es fehlt an nichts. Küche gut ausgestattet, Liegt sehr ruhig, konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Hatten leider zu 98% schlechtes Wetter. Da war die grösse der Wohnung von Vorteil. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Lechfall. In 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Tolle Lage für alle Ausflüge. In 3 Minuten ist man im Gasthaus Frühlingsgarten. Ohne Tischreservation leider nicht möglich. Zufahrt ist leider etwas eng, doch machbar. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Gorgeous Apartment; Terrific Location

We stayed here in October, 2019. The apartment is absolutely wonderful - immaculately clean, bright with perfect views and beautifully furnished. The landlord is charming, helpful and altogether lovely. I'm just sorry I haven't had chance to comment before. We highly recommend this property and would love to visit again.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in dem ruhigen Ortsteil Bad Faulenbach von Füssen; die Innenstadt ist fußläufig über einen schönen Fußweg in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Supermarkt in 10 Minuten. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock des Hauses und wurde von den Vermietern sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat 3! überdachte Balkone mit jeweils einer traumhaften Aussicht; es stehen Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Das große Bad verfügt über eine superschöne große Badewanne, die zum Verweilen zu zweit einlädt. ;-) Wir (2 EW und 2 Teenager) haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden/werden dort bestimmt noch einmal unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Tolle, großzügige Wohnung in herrlicher Lage

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung in Füssen-OT Bad Faulenbach, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Landschaftlich wunderbar in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Lechfall gelegen mit herrlichem Blick über den Lech zum Hohen Schloss und zur Kirche St. Mang. In die Altstadt von Füssen läuft man am besten in 10-15 Minuten am Lech entlang (Fuß- bzw. Fahrradweg). Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt vier schöne Balkone (ein Großer, drei Kleinere). Zwei sehr ansprechende Bäder (1xDusche, 1x Badewanne). In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt, allerdings nutzen wir auch sonst kaum unsere Mikrowelle (in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden). Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben eine sehr angenehme Größe und bieten ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der große, lichtdurchfluteteWohn- und Essbereich ist (neben der tollen Lage) das Highlight der Ferienwohnung. Durch die Lage im 2. OG des Hauses und des Treppenaufgangs innerhalb der Wohnung sollten Interessenten einigermaßen mobil sein. Wir waren schon mit unserer 2,5 jährigen Tochter und den Großeltern (75 Jahre) da. Unproblematisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich umgehend, falls etwas nicht passt. Tipp: Fragen sie aktiv nach der Füssencard, wenn sie bei der Schlüsselübergabe nicht ausgehändigt wird. Unsere lagen den ganzen Urlaub lang bei der Vermieterin. Zum Glück hätten wir sie auch nicht genutzt.
