"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "This hotel is in a very good location close to everything very convenient. We really liked the hotel but we had to go up several flights of stairs there’s NO elevator. We had luggage and that made it difficult. Parking was behind the hotel and very convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent and definitely worth the 12.50 Euros!"
