Unfortunately, after a magical 21 years Hosting via Vrbo.com I am retiring & hanging up my owner boots & selling my magical studio apartment by year-end 2026. Your Home from Home Studio: Front Door opens into the Hallway with closets and Shower-Room followed by 2nd Door opening to the Open Plan living/sleeping space where you have the fitted galley kitchen & breakfast counter with ceramic stove, microwave, kettle, airfryer, cutlery, crockery, pots/pans etc etc & which continues to the sleeping/living space of 1 double bed & 1 single bed sleeping 3 adults OR 2 adults & 1 child & indoor Fitjsiu AC (heat & cooling) with motor outdoors & Smart TV with remotes etc .. VIP Please Remove water from buckets !

The Terrace Sliding Door opens to the the Wonderful Seaview you see in the pictures ..This is where you might chillax & watch or listen to the World Sailing by when not roaming about or on the beach or in the sea or taking a stroll on the 8km Promenade ! Pictures are accurate ! It's all pretty much what it says on the tin !!

The 24/7 Reception Team will assist you with any emergencies and they will book tours, taxis, bicycles, mobility vehicles etc for you.

The outdoor swimming pool entrance is at The Gastrobar & keypad code on Reception Desk.
Reception will also give you the key to the “luggage room” which you return to them immediately ..

The Private owned Self-Service Laundry facility off the foyer is very popular-, providing quick washing and drying facilities at reasonable rates (EU Notes/Bank Card ) also snacks & water machines & help w machines available at the 'corner store' next door ..
The Gastrobar on the ground floor has it's own unique cuisine & bar & provides indoor, outdoor & takeaway service & picnic type service at the swimming pool hatch (no glass) .. They usually have light music playing or sports on the TV and they have a popular snooker table - coin operated & queue system applies ! ..
The Beach & The Gastrobar also have wifi IF you're a customer..
My Guests *do not* have access to Stella Maris wifi .. My studio apartment has Wifi-4G unlimited, cable tv and the use of the safe is free ..
Technical service is available via your phone video link re smart TV service to Ph # provided..

You will find a selection of liquid & solid bar soap; hand sanitiser; toilet rolls; shower-room cleaning products & indoor floor duster & a selection of complimentary toiletries to help get your vacation off to a great start !! ..
oThe SHOWER FLOOR MAT-for your SAFETY is right there-PLEASE USE it !
oTowelling FLOOR MATS for the floor are located on Top Shelf ..
oPlease note - water pressure in shower-room & ALL taps is both very STRONG & VERY HOT - EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE YOU ADAPT TO A SUITABLE SETTING FOR YOURSELF ..

o Single-use tea bags, sugar and salt are provided in the kitchen .. Only single-use items or sealed jars/containers/food to be left at the apartment ..

Departure
o As this is a self catering property please clean any spillages in the fridge, on floors etc and advise any stains, damages etc
o please do not replace unwashed crockery in presses/drawers-*leave in the sink instead
o Garbage bags and kitchen detergents for crockery and floors available at kitchen ..
o Please discard all your domestic and general waste eg bottles/glass/cooking oil prior to your departure - skips and recycled bins are located at the side of the hotel Calle San Jose on route to the main Mercadona at Av. Ramón y Cajal & recycled bins are provided elsewhere on pavements;
o Around the corner, @ Calle San Jose, please find the Corner Store, GYM HOUSE w sauna & showers & ATMx2 & meter parking-motor bikes & vehicles ..
o Hand Sanitiser, Safe; & miscellaneous items such as batteries, first aid kit located in the Hall Cupboard ..
Terrace
o Please do not feed the birds that we love-that is-unless you wish to clean after them ! It is also a Management requirement as unfortunately they can cause damage to the terrace ..
o Indoor & outdoor floor mops/buckets and sweeping brush located on terrace .. ( Indoor floor duster located in shower-room)
o K Kutxabank bank & Post Office nearby ..
o Beautiful sandy beach - comfortable beach loungers @ €7 per day which includes free WIFI and public toilets .. Summer hours-1000/2000 !
