"I was a late arrival coming from Delaware for a softball tournament, but the staff made me and my family feel welcomed the entire trip there and stay. I’m also a night auditor and y’all’s night auditor gave me quite a good laugh. Thanks for the good stay. I would suggest more breakfast options. "

"Absolute dump. Don't be misled by the photos. I was hesitant at first to book a room because of the low price plus not being a national chain. But the photos on Expedia made the place appear OK so I booked 2 nights through Expedia. (I should note that I also had to pre-pay for both nights). Frankly, for the price I didn't expect much but this hotel didn't even live up to those low expectations. Immediately upon arrival I had my doubts but it was late and I had already pre-paid for two nights through Expedia. The first room they offered me had the television torn off the wall and laying face down on the dresser. Underneath it was a half eaten muffin. I told the young man at the front desk about the condition of the room and he graciously gave me another (upgraded) room. The second room wasn't much better, though. However, it was so late in the evening that I reluctantly stayed that 1st night. The next morning I checked out (a day earlier than what I originally booked and pre-paid for). However, the clerk at the desk said he could not refund me for the 2nd night because the booking was through Expedia. He said that I would have to get the refund through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who in turn contacted the hotel. Expedia then emailed me saying the hotel refused to issue a refund. (Bear in mind I only wanted a refund for the second night that I didn't not stay). Because the hotel refused to refund the night I didn't stay, I ended up paying for two nights in a filthy room."

"Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under construction but theres a LOT that needs to be fixed. Building had a lot of painting needed to be done cosmetic stuff. Parking lot is a little dark. Hallways are small. "

"Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. The shower did not work well. The breakfast was minimal. No coffee in the room. I don’t feel the room was worth what we paid. I will definitely look for someplace different for our next stay in the area. "
