"We booked three rooms at the resort for a delightful family long weekend getaway. We arrived bright and early at 11 am, and to our pleasant surprise, two of our rooms were already prepared for us. This allowed us to check in early without any additional fees, which was a wonderful start to our stay. Upon settling in, we encountered a minor inconvenience, but the staff was quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, they generously provided us with nine complimentary breakfast vouchers, which turned out to be an excellent perk! The resort is truly family-oriented, offering a plethora of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. While the adults were able to unwind at various spots around the property, the kids were in their element, playing happily on the expansive playground and splashing around in the two outdoor pools, as well as the indoor pool. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff was not only friendly but consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had access to fresh towels near the pools and in the sauna areas. Their attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the resort is remarkably convenient, situated right next to bustling shopping areas and a market basket, which made it easy for us to pick up essentials during our stay. Overall, we had an unforgettable time. We can not wait to visit again soon! Thank YOU!"

"Great central point for many hikes and resources in North Conway. Many great shops and breweries. The cabin in fairly isolated, being at the end of the road. Saw many turkeys walking through the yard. The kitchen could use some additional amenities, such as large bowls, measuring cups and spoons, and beer glasses. Also, a full-sized coffee maker would have been welcome. "

"This home is much bigger than it looks! It held the 5 of us and the dog perfectly for a long weekend. Everything we did was under 15min away. Shopping, hiking, tubing...all right there. If you have anyone in your family who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider putting then on one of the two very comfortable couches downstairs. And unfortunately there is no laundry available, but otherwise I highly recommend!"

"This is such a fun getaway and awesome experience. The property and the boat are extremely clean. This is the cleanest place we have ever stayed!! When booking this, think camper, it's a yacht but it is just like staying in a camper. The kitchen has exactly what you need to cook meals on the 2 burner stove and there is access to a gas grill. The fridge is small, no freezer but there is a store not far for ice. The bathroom has a real toilet, showering is an experience, but this is yacht life! Bring bath towels and don't forget ones for the kitchen too. The table is perfect for meals and playing games. You bring your own sheets and pillows for the bed, just be ready cooler or warmer nights. Outside there is a fire pit with chairs and the host had plenty of firewood waiting for us. The yacht has heat and AC for the cabin if needed. There is excellent communication with the host and they are very quick to respond. The owner and another rental are on the property but there is enough distance that you still have your space. Fryeburg was close enough for us to drive to Freeport for the day for an Oyster Tour, Breweries and other sightseeing. We also visited York for the Zoo, Wiggly Bridge and Nubble Lighthouse. We are kayakers, there are many lakes to float in, we chose Cresent Lake to launch from, float on the Tenny River and then to Panther Pond and then back. Beautiful, amazing and so clean. We highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!"

"This was our second time at this property. It is a beautiful place to stay and the downstairs addition was an incredible bonus. Lots of space for our large family. The host is quickly responsive to any questions. We definitely will be returning. "
