"Honestly, it kind of looks like a jailhouse from the outside and even the main lobby was kind of shocking to see. The pictures make the whole hotel seem decent however it really isn’t how it appears. The pool was empty, even though it was an indoor pool and it was kind of shocking to see that I was the only person booked on my floor. "

"I woke up several times during the night because of the highway noise. The staff also did not explain any of the hotel facilities or amenities during check-in, which is something most other hotels usually do. In particular, one male staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. I visit Boston often and have stayed at many different hotels here, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I will never stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Woburn, MA. The area is beautiful and very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean, and the ambiance throughout the property was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"
