- Private dock, boat lift, launch access nearby, world class bass fishing, close to dining, shops and all the Villages has to offer. Enjoy the numerous parks, trails and other local attractions or just sit under the avocado tree read a book and enjoy the serenity and constant stream of wildlife from the large backyard. This home is continually being updated and well maintained and is furnished with plenty of amenities including dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove, well stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions.
