"We stayed in room 205 was right over the Merrill sign and view of the river wasn't great. Not the greatest room. I would ask for a room on 3rd floor or higher. Otherwise the room and hotel is great and the staff was amazing. The food was wonderful. The pool and workout area was fantastic. "

"Clean, quiet, and a very nice place for a dog (leashed in our case). I loved the fact that it was difficult to hear highway sounds, music being played, or noisy people....we heard and saw deer, beavers, a couple of grebes and some geese. We also heard coyotes and owls when we sat outside by the table fire.The weather was colder that we would have liked, but house was nice and cozy.We are seriously considering returning during warmer weather to enjoy the ponds more between kayaking and fishing when the weather is good."

"Every time I stayed before the pool was not open. This time it was open and I was going to go swimming but the heater went out and it was closed again."

"This was an excellent place to stay on our family getaway for a favorite cuz birthday party. My parents love the location & the quiet serenity. House was as described in listing. Austin was wonderful to work with & replied to any questions we had in a timely manner. Would be a great place for any outdoor enthusiasts. Would rent this lodge again "

"This is our second year coming to this location. We really enjoyed these cabins compared to the larger cabins because we all were in one area and was easier to communicate and reconnect. Went when it was extremely hot and had a heat advisory, but the AC worked fine and had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Have no issue ever with these locations."
