Convenient bike paths and easy access to both Fruita downtown and also West Grand Junction shopping and restaurants. Just 13 minutes to the Kokopelli Trails and18 minutes to 18 Road North Fruita Desert mountain biking trails. 11 minutes to the Fruita entrance of the National Monument.

  • We got here at sunset and this girl was far braver than I would have been. The drop was enormous. Colorado National Monument is somwhere I can't recommend highly enough, but allow enough time for all the overlooks, it is larger than it looks. We did 3 hours that evening and another 3 hours the next morning and only scratched the surface.
