Amazing views. Beautiful large home on 38 acres with a lake and serine environment. Only 5 minutes to Fruita for restaurants and shopping. Only 12 minutes to Grand Junction. Come enjoy exploring the Colorado National Monument and all it hasn’t to offer. You are only 20 minutes to Beautiful Palisade. Tour the wineries, distilleries or craft brew pubs. Explore the amazing canyon trails 🏃‍♂️ Dinosaur 🦕 museums, world renowned biking 🚴‍♂️, skiing⛷, fishing 🎣, river rafting, or shooting ranges
Please clean up after yourself. You are welcome to utilize the main house and common areas.
