Staff was great, friendly! Room was very nice. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. My room was clean and nice. No a/c tho, but a fan instead but it was ok for me. Overall 100% great !

Estuve por 3 noches en este hotel y me encanto todo. Ubicacion cuarto. Cama. Todo estuvo exelente. Jessica desde el primer momento que llegue. Fue super amable y de mucha ayuda en lo q podia hacer en la coudad. Super recomendado

Really cool vibe at this hotel. The rooftop bar has spectacular views and the food/cocktails are excellent. We almost felt guilty eating here too often because while we wanted to check out other locations, the food here was so good! (Try the club sandwich. It is excellent). The staff are really excellent, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and this is a pretty quiet hotel for El Poblado.
