"The staff were friendly, outgoing, immaculate and helpful. You always felt they cared. I did have a suggestion - not a complaint. I can never figure out how a compliment is made when you say no to start the the compliment. Such as- No problem - Does that mean that I could have caused a problem but it was averted. Want to make your guests feel good? Why not say "My pleasure". Then your guests will smile.and feel good."
