I couldn’t have loved this stay more. It was genuinely perfect. The staff was incredibly kind about us parking a couple hours before check in! Huge bonus points to the parking being free. I don’t think there’s much like this in the area. It’s clean with amazing amenities. There were makeup wipes provided which was awesome considering I’d forgotten mine! The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was fabulous. If you have mobility issues take that into consideration because it’s a small walk to the park through downtown Disney. However, I thought it was a perfect 10/10 stay.

We loved everything about the property..the location, cleanliness, professional and personable staff members. If I had to add something to make it convenient for anyone staying at the property, it would be room service. They do have tons of restaurants surrounding the property, which is great. I personally love to order room service sometimes when I dont feel like getting out.

"Property is quite old and ran down. The theme room we had was dingy, smelt musty / damp..paint missing off the walls and no smart tv or large amount of channels to choose from. You can’t go outside without being asked for cigarettes or money. Pool area is extremely wet and slippery. Staff isn’t expected ..."
