The hotel is in a great location, right across the canal from the Guglie stop of the Alilaguna public water taxi. Just a short walk over the footbridge. We were an easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and about a 20 minute walk to Saint Mark Square.
The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My only observation is that they weren’t that helpful recommending restaurants. Otherwise our stay was delightful. The breakfast, which was included, was top-notch. The hotel itself is grand and well worth it. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more
Money but that was fine
New room perfect
I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement
But overall lovely
Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely
Super clean
Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect
Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful
Overall a wonderful stay .
