"Great staff with Laurel leading the way. Room was spacious with kitchen. Patio was fine. Beach chairs could use updating and an increase in numbers as well as umbrellas. New access road through the resort to Marina may prove inconvenient. On site restaurant and bar are separate from the resort. Food was fine with some needed increase in staff. The “strip” was quiet and responds to the cruise ships in port with their amenities. All in all, the Timothy Beach Resort meets all the basic needs with quiet dignity."

"The location of the property is great. The views are beautiful. The beds are comfy...the bathrooms were clean...the owner was super responsive to our requests and questions...we really enjoyed our stay. The main living area has a bit of a musty smell, but I think it's probably due to the humidity in the area since there is no air conditioning in this space. Overall, it's a very large space and for our family, it was perfect! We REALLY loved the pool and the views from the pool! Highly recommend!"
