Have it all! Large Creek Front with waterfalls! Stock Trout on Bear Creek, plenty of fishing on property! Heated Outdoor Pool! Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tub! 7 Bedrooms! 6 Bathrooms! The Entire Backyard has a Breathtaking sound of rapids surround sound, everyone is blown away by the sound of the water. Huge Living room perfect for entertaining a large group. Enjoy everything Deep Creek Lake and Wisp but with privacy of several acres. GPS 13 Min to Deep Creek Lake, 15 min to Wisp Resort!

The primary bedroom is very large with king bedroom and huge bathroom with tub and shower plus a small living room and TV. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed and own Full Bathroom. 3rd Bedroom has King Bed plus its own Full Bathroom. 4th bedroom is Queen Bedroom. 5th bedroom has 2 Full Size beds and 1 twin under. 6th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 1 twin. 7th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 2 Twins. There is 3 more Bathrooms, making it a total 5 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom.

Very quiet and private home with couple of acres, the pool is private and the large creek is breath taking and all you can hear is water falls.
No parties inviting other people to house.

No unregistered and unpaid guests.

No pets in the pool or hot tub.

Only 2 people in the master bedroom bathroom hot tub, its not made to support more than 2 people.

No food or beverages in pool or hot tub.

No parking in the neighbors driveway on the on main road, we have two driveways and plenty of parking.

Any smells left over from dogs, cooking or anything else we I’ll need to charge extra cleaning fee. Please consider what you cook if you don’t want to pay higher cleaning fee. Strong smells that remain after you leave take more work to remove for the next guests. So we need to charge a fee for the extra cleaning. The more time it takes to clean the more it will be added regarding smells.

Amazing property with plenty of space

Very comfortable house with 16 people staying. Tons of parking, easy to find. House has so many spaces to relax with. Great host, very clean. We will be back again.

Gathered as a family

Wonderful spot to gather as a family of adults and one teen while attending the funeral of a parent / grandparent (so not looking for fun or sightseeing). The home was very comfortable and peaceful. Allowed us to sit together as a family for meals and reminisce. It was winter and we still enjoyed it. Expect spring summer and fall would be awesome would definitely book again. Was disappointed the fireplaces were not working but no other complaints at all.
