"The room was clearly not cleaned properly. Beds were made but the linens had dried blood and makeup on them. Staff was very professional and apologetic and quickly moved us rooms. Unfortunate stay but the staff was very polite. "

Also, the TV had a very dark picture. The staff told me they were in the process of replacing the TVs, apologized and provided two drink vouchers."
