"Staff were all friendly and helpful. My balcony was right next to the river and was a pleasant place to sit and read and watch people ride bikes by and walk by. Restaurant staff were also friendly and polite. Food was also very good. I would stay here again if I find myself in Eugene again."

"The only thing I didn't enjoy was the lack of carpet in the room. I know this makes maintenance so much easier and cheaper, but it makes the room an echo chamber and the people in the room above were having square dance lessons into the night. Other than that, a beautiful Hotel."
