The detached house "Watt'n Hus" with a living and usable area of about 125 square meters was tastefully modernized in autumn 2017. In all bedrooms chic vinyl floors were laid. Likewise, a wellness area was created. Modern furniture to feel good gives the house the new characteristics. All rooms have shutters with electric drive. The interior is reserved for non-smokers. You enter the house through the large hallway with built-in wardrobe and additional wardrobe. From here you enter the living-dining area with high quality modern fitted kitchen with all modern electrical appliances, dishes and everything that belongs in the kitchen. This is followed by the dining area with seating for up to 6 people with new leather cantilever chairs and large dining table. The living area invites you to relax in front of the tile fireplace with a leather relax armchair and a leather sofa. A 55-inch flat screen is available as well as a new modern compact system. From the living room you can access the terrace and the garden. A spacious bedroom in solid wood mahogany and the double bed with raised mattress gives you a cozy sleeping place on the ground floor. Next to it is the very spacious bathroom with large mirror cabinet, shower, toilet and bidet. A stool and a hair dryer are also available. In the bicycle garage, which can be accessed through the side door, you can park your belongings, such as bicycles or baby carriages. For the laundry, a washing machine and a dryer are available away from the living rooms. �� The wide not too steep staircase leads to the upper floor. If necessary, you can secure the stairs with a stair gate. From the upper hall you enter the second large bedroom, which is very modern with a new electrically adjustable large BOX spring bed is set up. A baby bed can also be found here.  The newly refurbished children's room with 2 single beds is very spacious with a second mint TV and a & # 132; chill out area & # 147; for the younger guests.   On the opposite side, the wellness area invites you to relax. The new state-of-the-art biosauna has a full spectrum infrared cabin with light therapy and starry sky for up to 4 people and ensures your well-being in a special way. With relaxing sounds, you can enjoy the soothing and healthy cozy warmth and then relax on the also new high quality loungers. From a small selection of books you will find the reading material for this. The bathroom with shower and toilet is located next to the wellness area.   Outside: In the front part of the outdoor area is the large driveway with space for 2 cars. Through a large gate you can shield the driveway to the street. The rear of the property is hidden from the road by opaque wooden fences and can be locked by doors on either side of the garden. The coverable sandpit and the swing (new from spring 2018) will quickly discover the small vacationers for themselves (sand toys is present in a toy box). From the new beach chair you can let your eyes wander or make yourself comfortable on the terrace under the awning with electric drive or the covered part next to it on the modern tasteful terrace furniture. If you feel like barbecuing, please do not hesitate to contact us. The WEBER Master Touch Grill makes it fun to prepare food outside.   For the duration of your stay, you also have free Wi-Fi. If you spend your holidays with small children, there are 2 high chairs and a stair gate available. The contents of the game boxes will certainly arouse the curiosity of your little ones. Child-friendly crockery and cutlery can be found in the kitchen. If you are accompanied by your dog, we will have a feeding and drinking bowl ready for you.
