Our beautiful 4-star* holiday home is located in the Friedrichskoog-Spitze district on the North Sea, in a quiet cul-de-sac about 300 metres from the water.



The fully fenced property covers 700 sqm and offers parking spaces for two vehicles. Outside, you will find two paved terraces as well as play equipment for younger guests. Garden furniture, a beach chair, sunshade, barbecue, and three house bicycles are also at your disposal. The living area of the fully tiled holiday home is 90 sqm in total. In the living room, you will find comfortable seating, satellite TV, stereo system, a fireplace, and a dining area with a view of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Further amenities include a Finnish sauna (available for an extra fee), free Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens. There are three bedrooms in total: the large bedroom has a double bed (2m x 2m), a loggia with sunset view, and satellite TV. The other bedrooms offer two single beds (2m x 1m) or a French bed (2m x 1.40m). The two newly designed shower bathrooms have plenty of storage space and each a hairdryer.

Friedrichskoog stands for a nature-oriented North Sea holiday. To preserve this, the dike is being reinforced according to legal requirements. Due to construction, there may be building activities and restrictions on the dike until October 2025.
