Welcome to the holiday house 'Timeout' in Friedrichskoog – a stylishly renovated house with two separate apartments: 'Kleine Auszeit' on the upper floor and 'Freiraum' on the ground floor. The house is located in a quiet area by a small canal, typical for the North German coastal landscape. The proximity to the dike and the fresh North Sea air make the holiday house the ideal retreat for all who seek relaxation – whether as a couple, with family, or with friends.



Both apartments are high-quality and comfortably furnished: modern kitchens, bright living areas, loving details, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds ensure relaxing days. Outside, a newly designed terrace invites you to have breakfast in the fresh air or enjoy quiet hours in the greenery. In the large ground floor apartment 'Freiraum', a table football and a dartboard offer fun for young and old.



You can book the apartments individually or together as the whole house – ideal for those who travel together but still value their privacy. In the 'Freiraum' apartment on the ground floor, one dog is welcome.



Parties, celebrations, or youth groups are not allowed – we value peace, consideration, and relaxation. We look forward to your inquiry for your little break at the North Sea! Please note that there are currently construction works on the dike.
