Urlaub mit unseren zwei Enkelkindern an der Nordsee Spitze

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Die Grösse mit 43qm für 4 Personen war ausreichend. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Von Wäscheständer bis Staubsauger war alles dabei. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und die Leute sehr nett. Cons: Der Duschkopf im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig...sollte mal mit Schlauch komplett erneuert werden. Ein Liegestuhl wäre auch von Vorteil gewesen. Leider kein WLAN !

Lage im Ortzentrum von Friedrichskoog-Spitze.

Pros: Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben es genossen. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants, sowie Deich und Strand sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist schön angelegt und untergliedert. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants mit guter lokaler Küche. Auch 2 Imbisswagen mit Fischbrötchen. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradverleih. Der gesamte Ort wird sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Es ist sehr Ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Cons: Leider gibt es im Ort keinen Lebensmittelladen. Der nächste ist im 4km entfernten Friedrichskoog. Hier gibt es einen Rewe und Edeka. Im etwa 10km Marne gibt es dann alle bekannten Supermärkte wie Aldi , Lidl , Edeka usw. Ist aber eigentlich unproblematisch, da man das in wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht.

Super Unterkunft direkt in Strandnähe

Pros: Uns hat es sehr gefallen … klein aber fein . Für uns eine 5 köpfige Familie völlig ausreichend. … da wir viel unterwegs waren , haben wir keinen schnick schnack benötigt .

Pros: Die Südausrichtung mit Terrasse war herrlich. Cons: Die Frühstücksbrettchen sehen aus als wären sie ihre schönsten Tage lange vorbei.

Pros: Terrasse und Garten direkt vor der Tür, für unsere Kinder perfekt. Cons: Die Dusche bzw. die Temperatur des Wassers war abenteuerlich.

Alles in allem muss man ganz klar sagen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier. Es gibt fast nix

Pros: Positiv zu erwähnen ist auf jeden Fall die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw der Hausverwaltung. Wir konnten die Wohnung früher betreten als angegeben. Alles war aufgeräumt und der Beschreibung entsprechend. Der Preis war für diesen Zeitraum unschlagbar. Cons: Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Die Dusche war für unseren Geschmack wirklich sehr eng, die Duschbrause schon älter und leider spritzte das Wasser Kreuz und quer. Die Betten sind ziemlich hart, die Matratzen leider für unseren Geschmack zu dünn. An den Fenstern hätten wir uns Fliegengitter gewünscht. Soweit ich mich erinnere war in der Beschreibung eine Terrasse unter anderem mit Strandkorb angegeben. Auf anderen Terrassen des Anbieters war das teilweise der Fall aber eben nicht auf jeder. Wir hatten leider veraltete Plastik-Möbel die zum verweilen nicht so gemütlich waren.

Ein Urlaub an der Nordsee ist empfehlenswert

Pros: Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, es war schön ruhig und nah am Deich, der gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war ganz gut eingerichtet und der Küchenbereich war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Cons: Gar nicht gefallen haben uns die harten Betten und die schlechten Kissen, die sollten mal erneuert werden in der Wohnung 34a. Die Terassenmöbel besonders der Tisch hatten auch schon mal bessere Zeiten. Man wurde fast neidisch auf die Terassenausstattungen der anderen Wohnungen
