Das Hotel ist sehr schön, wenn auch das Zimmerdesign meiner Meinung nach bißchen zu dunkel ist. Das sehr gute und zuvorkommende Personal ist wirklich ein Pluspunkt. Sowohl am Tag der Anreise (Samstag) ein sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist und am Tag der Abreise (Sonntag) eine sehr zugewandte Rezeptionistin. War wirklich auffallend positiv.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet, modern und ausgesprochen sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders praktisch: Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, und durch das Ticket für kostenlose Busfahrten kommt man schnell und bequem in die Stadt oder an den Bodensee. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt – ein großer Bereich mit ausreichend Auswahl, und wer möchte, kann sogar draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, auch wenn sie zeitlich (18:00–8:00 Uhr) begrenzt sind. Alles in allem: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, etwas dunkle aber sehr ruhige Zimmer , ideal nach einem Messetag, Super schönes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Sehr zu empfehlen ich Buche dieses Hotel wieder, einzig die hohen Parkkosten empfand ich als störend.

Schönes Hotel, aber der Service ist ausbaufähig

Ein schönes Hotel, wo ich die Ruhe gefunden habe, die ich gesucht habe. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war schön und entspannt. Das Zimmer hatte eine optimale Größe für mich und meinen Hund. Einziges Manko war die Zimmerreinigung, die ich während meines fast einwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht einmal bekommen habe, obwohl ich mehrfach versucht habe, mit dem Personal am Empfang einen Termin zu vereinbaren, damit niemand ins Zimmer muss, wenn mein Hund dort allein ist. War in der ganzen Zeit nicht möglich. Ich hatte einmal nach einem frischen Bettbezug gefragt, den ich dann selbst aufziehen musste. Aber für meinen Hund durfte ich jeden Tag die Gebühr zahlen. Wofür eigentlich, wenn nicht einmal gereinigt wurde? Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt bei längeren Aufenthalten. In anderen Hotels war es nie ein Problem, sich zeitlich abzustimmen. So schön ich das Hotel fand, aber Service ist mir auch sehr wichtig. Trägt ja auch zum Wohlfühlen bei.

Ibis Styles Friedrichshafen

Ibis Styles Friedrichshafen, ein sehr gutes Hotel für das was wir es benötigen. Wie überall in der Hotel und Gastronomie fehlt das Fachpersonal. Wir haben nur was getrunken, das Bier ist einfach nur grauslig (Bitburger), von etlichen Mitreisenden gehört und jeder hat über die Hälfte stehen lassen. Ansonsten ok, nicht gegessen und auch kein Frühstück gehabt, dieses wurde mit € 17.00 pro Person angeboten, was aus unserer Sicht ok ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wenn man ein Event in der Kulturkaserne besucht und dann nur noch ins Bett stolpern möchte, ist die Unterkunft ideal.
