The 101 m² apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one separate guest WC, and accommodates up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for your home office, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer. An outdoor parking space is not available. The holiday apartment features a private, covered terrace, ideal for relaxing evenings; smoking is only permitted there. A parking space is available in the garage at spot no. 7. Eine Oase der Ruhe

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös und hat am Park eine tolle ruhige Lage. Alles sehr sauber!Der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz mit Aufzug zur Wohnung runden das ganze ab. Eine tolle große Küche mit Kochinsel einfach super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden ☺️❤️
