This one of a kind property bordering the Westcott Bay Oyster farm and National Park with trail access to English Camp. Your backyard is Westcott Bay.
New addition: We now own the property adjacent to ours giving you over a full acre to enjoy with a seasonal stream and waterfall. (Be aware there are steep drop-offs on this property)
From the property you can launch kayaks dig for clams or just relax and enjoy the sunset. Very private setting with room to play. (We have kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment as well as bicycles).
Located at 664 Westcott dr. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a seasonal bunkhouse. It is separate from the main house (no bath) with a queen bed very private for those traveling with older kids or two couples. Suited for Summertime only.
Great room has sliding glass doors and windows looking over the bay bring the outside in. There's a super comfy couch, chair and bean bag. We chose to go unplugged with NO WIFII, there is 5G cell phone reception for hot spotting Verizon, T Moble and AT&T work well.
We have direct tv to keep up with the rest of the world. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, keurig, toaster, blender and general supplies.
The bath is a tub and shower combo with a single sink, small but efficient.
There is a covered porch with propane grill, crab cooker and grill utensils. We have a fire pit ready for marshmallows or hot dogs. There is an outside table and chairs for dining outside on our long summer nights.
There is a dock that goes dry due to tide. There are 4 adult and 2 kids kayak's, paddle boards and 4 bicycles for your enjoyment. And remember your well behaved dog is always welcome with an additional fee.
House is not suited for CHILDREN UNDER 5 Due to gas burning stove is the main heat for the house and gets VERY HOT, as well as a medium bank with drop offs to be aware of.
Ask about possible one or two night stays. Or last minute deals!

Great place and gorgeous location
Awesome beachfront spot for small families and pups. Located on a sweet rock beach next door to a commercial oyster farm. Relaxing deck and in the shade.

Westcott Bay House
We stayed for three nights, during early April, at this relaxing waterfront house. It was quiet, comfortable, and has beautiful views of Westcott Bay and sunsets. The yard is pretty and has a nice dock and waterfront. We enjoyed hiking from the house to the English Camp and the Westcott Bay Oyster Company next door was fun. Nice location to stay for exploring San Juan Island.

Perfect Off Season Family Getaway
Enjoyed the house, hiking, kayaking and just hanging out, such a nice yard so much room to roam! Family loved this wonderful house. Brought an airbed for teenage son to sleep in the living room. Pro-Tip, Kayak in the morning! Would rent again!

One of my favorite trips ever
This was one of the most special gems I have ever stayed in. So serene, lots of fun things to do. Bike riding, kayaking, fire pits, roared marshmallows, great shopping & food. Our host was very responsive & pleasant. This will be one of my new regular visiting spots moving forward 🙂

Peaceful house and location
This was a lovely home in a very quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed everything here, and so did our dog. The host is very responsive and helpful. It’s right next door to Westcott Shellfish which has a delicious restaurant, too! We highly recommend this Westcott Bay home!

Beautiful and very comfortable house and grounds with gorgeous water views. It’s right next to a National Park and hiking/biking trails. Bikes and kayaks provided (too cold in March for us though). Our dog was very happy there also!

Peaceful spot, beautiful property
We love the location for hiking into the English camp and exploring the north end of the island. It's a small house, but has everything you need. The kitchen is a little tight if you plan on doing a lot of cooking.
