Location location location! Great spot overlooking the ferry and waterfront. Does lend itself to being a wee bit noisy but not bad. Clean, comfortable new room with good amenities. No parking provided but the suggestions provided by the property manager were excellent and worked --- we found the free parking (which took a minute) and left our car there during our stay.
