Highly recommend!

We live locally and needed to have work done on our home that made it temporarily unlivable. We have a first grader in Sunnyside. This vacation rental was perfect. For a small 2/1 house it has a lot of space! It’s very modern and high tech. Easy access with keypad entry, brand new kitchen appliances, labeled cabinets, ample storage in every room so we could unpack. Our daughter LOVED the bunk beds, our dog loved the yard, I loved the appliances, the husband loved all the places to plug in and charge. This rental perfectly met our needs while our home was upside down and it was conveniently located close to our daughter’s school. It was quick and easy to clean up and check out, Ramon was available and attentive by text if anything was needed. Should we find ourselves needing another local vacation rental we will try to reserve this location again. Highly recommend!

It was a very good Property. Conveniently located near lot of stores. It was very calm and peaceful around. We would recommend someone staying with family to choose this place. We were in Fresno for a Religious event and we had a good stay here. There is water dispenser inside the fridge so need to buy bottled water.

Home Away from Home

My husband and I had such a wonderful time visiting family during Christmas. This place provided us a place to refill our cups and a place to call home for the week we stayed there. Masato was very prompt in his responses and the place looked exactly like the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would strongly recommend anyone to stay at any of Masato’s places! This home was very clean and cozy. Some of the things that could be better were providing seasonings in the kitchen and tupperwares to store the foods during the long stays. And the broom and dust pan can be better one, it was hard sweeping with the low dust pan. The overall of the property surrounding is quiet and peaceful.
