Great place to stay in Fresno

Overall this property was a great place to stay in Fresno. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean the AC was cold and we had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. I'll stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This home was a great experience! The house was very clean and perfect for what we needed! The communication with the owner was perfect! We got there quite late at night, and were hungry, so we went a few miles east about one mile, and found a Mexican food restaurant that was some of the best I’ve ever eaten.

Quiet and comfortable

Enjoyed my stay. Had no issues. Property was clean. Neighborhood is quiet. There are occasional trains. Awakened once by a train in the middle of the night but went back to sleep.

The home appears to have been recently renovated. Nice and new inside with a large front and year yard. Close to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness was superb, and accommodations were modern and welcoming. The home felt safe and everything a vacationing family needs was available for use (washer, dryer, dishes and silverware, pots pans, tv, linens and more). Excellent experience!!!

Nice place, great host!

The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. We loved that we were able to park inside the fence, to allow for some additional security to our vehicle. Communication was the host was excellent and if we need a place to stay in Fresno again we will definitely look this one up!

Spotlessly clean

We were in Fresno to visit my husband‘s mother. This rental was very convenient to her assisted-living facility. It was spotlessly, clean, immaculate. It was very quiet, except for occasional trains. We enjoyed eating in the neighborhood.

Great house, owner and property manager!

The house was just as described on the site. The front gate securing the driveway was an added bonus. The house was immaculate when entering and the host and property manager were most accomodating with our requests and an overall pleasure to deal with. Family had a great time, thank you again!

Immaculate home and great communication

This property was absolutely perfect for my son and I as we came to Fresno for the week. The fixtures and furniture were great. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was perfection. Even in the middle of summer, it was a glorious retreat from the heat. Thank you for the great communication to get settled and for making our stay simple and relaxing.

Immaculate cottage with orange tree

Place was extremely clean, well-maintained. Appreciated parking off street. Easy check-in, and check out. Kitchen nicely stocked with dinnerware and utensils. I mentioned to Masato that adding a pot with a lid would be appreciated to go along with the two frying pans provided. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Nice Stay Overall

Property was well maintained and clean. We were only here one night. Nothing negative to say. Electric outlets could have been an issue as my husband has a C-Pap machine; but we always have extension cords with us. Lamps are for decor but overhead lighting is perfect. Furniture is clean and comfortable.

Nice for the area

The house was very nice. We stayed here twice 2 days apart. Other than the cleaning crew forgetting to take the trash out before our second stay and one fan remote that didn’t work, it was clean, in good repair, and organized. Shower temperature and pressure was the best of the three houses we used on our trip. Due to it being in the city it wasn’t the best neighborhood but the owner installed a gated driveway that gave me a sense of security for the car. Convenient to the zoo and other attractions. Property owner was nice and responsive.

The home is small but the furnishings and appliances were like new and modern and very comfortmiable. The property manager was available and responsive to some of our requests which we appreciated. It appeared to us that we were among the first guests they have had as many items that are normally present in a VRBO were missing: extra towels for going swimming, pantry area for storing food, mixer, misc. food supplies like spices, soy sauce, mustard, games, books, paper, pencils, pens. Would we stay there again? Yes, we would, but would be prepared to supply more items for ourselves.

Fresno stay

The bed kitchen and TV were wonderful. Good wifi also. Everything was very clean. What we didn’t appreciate was the extra charge for the air conditioning as there was no indication of that when we booked this place. I would think in Fresno of all places air conditioning would be totally included.. also the fact that the lamp in the bedroom would not work without an extension cord caused a bit of trouble. And a tripping hazard. I also wanted to let you know the lid to the mailbox was off when we arrived. Also, on the walkway up to the front there was a puddle of water our entire stay which makes me wonder if there’s a underground leak there. So just an FYI.

Clean and Comfortable 100%

Cute house just like pictures on VRBO! This home was close to EVERYTHING and was so incredibly clean and comfortable that we did not want to leave. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in-no kidding. Slept like a baby. You will not find one speck of dirt in this home…anywhere! Everything is immaculate. I had to bake a wedding cake for my grandsons wedding while there. Wonderful clean kitchen, new gas stove/oven and countertops. Furniture was new-like and as spotlessly clean and comfortable as everything else. Loved the security of the completely fenced in front and back yard with locked gate across front of driveway. Nice sized back yard with large awning to relax under and enjoy the beautiful weather. You will want for nothing here. Masato has several properties around Fresno. I’m positive you cannot go wrong with any of them. Just book with Masato! Don’t even take a chance with anyone else. You can trust me! My husband calls me Inspector 13 lol.
