Breakfast food was not equal to other Hotels in area. Eggs tasted like from a box, Gravy had a very strong and weird after taste. Food seemed like ready mix, add water etc.. We don't eat and nor do we recommend eating at Hotel.

The breakfast was not up to par when compared to the Hilton and Marriot I stay at in the area at times. Staff seemed to be somewhat unhappy, didnt smile a lot nor greet you when you walked in. Hotel was very nice, great location. Better breakfast and happier greeting would make a positive impact on this location.

Located in old town Clovis lots of cool shops and restaurants with in walking distance. Minutes away from Save mart center. Near perfect trip and show. Staff super helpful and pleasant. Can’t wait till my next adventure.

Room was dated. Curtains falling apart. The lobby was depressing and extremely dated or stark. I felt safe and the room was clean. The hallways were very dreary. Depressing atmosphere.

Check yourself Best Western.
The room was very clean. All vending and ice machines were inoperable. Bed was uncomfortably soft with indents. The hot water ran luke warm for 4 1/2 minutes till it became hot. Food at breakfast was good. I addressed the hot water issue and no explanation was given and never resolved by second day

Great hospitality and love visiting every year
We like staying at Best Western Clovis. It is a cozy hotel in Oldtown Clovis. The atmosphere is great and it is close to everything in town.

Our tv / remote would not work. An employee came to our room at around 6pm and confirmed it wasn’t working, took the remote , and said he would get back to us. Never heard from anyone. No tv all evening and next morning. The breakfast was absolutely awful.The dining room was totally over run with teenagers there for some sporting event. The ftt try not desk help seemed very annoyed we needed anything from her.

The location can’t be beat. Able to walk Old Town Clovis for shopping, dining and farmers market. Hotel is dated. I did not have hot water for 2 days then they moved me to another room that had hot water. Bring your own drinking water as is not provided and vending is out of order. Room was not serviced when requested and the toilet would run continuously.

Diego was friendly when we checked in. Gave us recommendations for restaurants. Saturday night asked for change for vending machine. Girl at front desk seemed annoyed. When checking out Sunday morning, I heard front desk clerk tell housekeeping, he was the only one, and it would be a minute. The room had finger and face print on sliding glass door. Food on wall by fireplace and spit mark on the hearth. Furniture was dusty and couch old and worn out. King size bed was comfortable.

Customer service satisfaction for Hotel Guests.
Linen lady was not nice to customers and guests. For 2 nights stay, we had one breakfast only. Some food were salty. The breakfast space was crowded. Diego was very nice and helpful. Other front desk guy favors outsiders on breakfast over guests.
