Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Interior of unit was clean and had all amenities. Exterior neighborhood was good. I felt safe, and local friends said its a good area. I had trouble getting in the unit because when I pressed the light for the lock it was keying in a digit before I entered the code. I called host and they were very helpful and nice. Good place, good location, good host!

Outside of the property there are two carports with campers and rv's under. The area directly around those and very near the rented property was very cluttered with junk, trash, garbage. There were crushed beer cans along the rented property also. Upon entering, there was no hair dryer as listed, 2 forks, 3 spoons, 3 platesand 1 glass. I did message the host and he did have some delivered the next day. (Including a hair dryer) We didn't notice until a day later there is no dish detergent (there is not a dishwasher) and no laundry detergent. We were there for 7 nights, so washing the towels at least once was important (Not sure if the laundry detergent was going to be included but there is a very nice washer and dryer) We also noticed the shower was not very clean. There was hair on the shower walls that were there when we got there. There was shampoo and body wash. (along with toilet paper, and 3 containers of hand soap...) The rug under the coffee table under the tv was filthy. It was obvious the rug had been turned around so the dirtiest part was toward the wall. The bed was very comfortable, and the mini split worked well for the AC. The mini blinds on the front window are worn and bent in spots so the outside light would shine in if you didn't turn it off. The unit was easy to get to, however, the house numbers were not visible on the mailboxes and the shrubbery was very over grown by the street so it was hard to determine which drive way was correct.
