"We arrived from an over seas flight then drove from Madrid to the hotel 1.5hrs . The lady at the front desk gave us a hard time BC check in is at 1PM . She had a really crapy attitude. The hotel was almost empty. I asked her if the room was available or if it had to be cleaned and she said it didn’t matter check in was at 1PM . So we sat in the lobby for about a half hour fell asleep on the couch . She felt sorry for us I guess and at about 12:15 gave us our room . But she was not friendly and...

Habíamos marcado la opción de cama doble para matrimonio y nos dan dos camas separadas una alado de la otra de muy mala calidad y los muelles hacen mas ruido que un tractor.
