"Advertised as a boutique hotel with continental breakfast available - it’s NOT in our experience. No breakfast available. Beverages only available in reception area and consist of tea bags and instant coffee, with water from a thermos flask! Decor is tired, carpets stained, windows can’t be opened, air con not working ( control not fixed properly to the wall), light switch in upper hall of the coach house not working, resulting in light needing to be left on all night. Rooms in coach house bear little resemblance to what is shown on line at booking and are above the garbage storage. It overlooks dumpsters from adjacent property. So disappointed - this was a lot of money and should have been a treat . Finally the quilt in the smaller room in the coach house is soiled- seems to be spattered with somebody else’s blood and then covered over with bedding. To be honest I think you need to refund me and will be contacting Expedia on my return to the UK."

"Apartment was cute as described. Easy parking available on the street. Check-in process was smooth with great communication from host. All expected items were included in the apartment. Would stay here again. "

"Back gate has a separate code. You need to drive down a dirt alley way to get to it and must be opened from the outside. Very clean and owner was always checking in. Area look shady when we pulled up. We locked the car in the gate when we were there. Front and back yard still under construction. Owner is going to finish that soon. Very close to downtown area which was a plus for us. Inside is amazing. Ceiling Fans do not stay on when the room light switch is off, owner looking into this. Extra blankets in the closet. Very quiet inside and cozy. Would stay here again. There are stairs going up a level by front door and two sets of stairs to get down to open the gate in back of the house. Having house codes was great! TV remote was hard to find but found it in table shelf by couch. Price was a bit high for the area but inside was done so nicely it was worth it."

"Check in was easy, convenient location. We did pop a breaker when we used the space heaters, once we moved one to the kitchen area and had one in the bedroom it was fine and we had no other problems."
