About this property

The holiday home for the whole family

  • Enjoy the beautiful landscape of northern Friesland in a cozy living atmosphere. The house is located on the Geere Ridge, on the edge of Treenetal and has three apartments for 4 people, two double apartments and a single apartment with additional pull-out bed. Incidentally, bed linen and towels are included so that you do not have to complain about unnecessary ballast.

    The apartments on the ground floor each have their own garden.
    Pets are only allowed in the EC.

    Our country house also offers the possibility to connect all apartments and apartments. So you can rent the whole house for workshops or meetings with family and friends and spend a nice time together with up to 18 people. By the way, the apartment "Waidblick" is barrier-free.
    Dogs are welcome in the two ground floor apartments with garden. The spacious garden of the apartment "Waidblick" is completely fenced, because you can romp your best friend to your heart's content.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die separaten Bäder zu jeder Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Hierdurch gab es für alle Familienzweige genug Privatsphäre. Die größe Diele, mit Kamin und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, bildet das gemütliche Zentrum des Hauses. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus in jedem Fall wieder Buchen.

Idyllisches Traumhaus mitten in der Natur.

Wir haben das gesamte Haus für ein Familientreffen gebucht und hätten keine bessere Entscheidung treffen können. Das Haus und der Garten sind so, wie im Inserat beschrieben, einfach nur schön. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und somit konnte unser Hund sich ebenfalls schön austoben. Es gibt auch riesige Bücher- und Spielesammlungen, für regnerische Tage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für lange Spaziergänge in der Natur und den anliegenden Dörfchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei und sehr freundlich ab. Wir bedanken uns für dieses tolle Wochenende im Schulweg 10. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Haus, super Garten!

Für große Gruppen ist das Haus ideal. Endlich mal genug Bäder, damit morgens kein Stau entsteht. Die große Küche im EG ist ausreichend für alle Besucher ausgestattet und der gepflegte Außenbereich mit Feuerstelle läd zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Überall im Haus gibt es was zu entdecken. Von außergewöhnlichen Lampen zu schönen Staturen und Bildern. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wunderschöne Tage

Wir waren 4 befreundete Familien, die eine entspannte Woche gemeinsam in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht haben. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für unsere Gruppe optimal. Sehr schön ist, dass zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gehört. Das Haus ist überaus gepflegt und sauber, die weitläufige Gartenanlage ebenso. Als sehr aufmerksam und wertschätzend fanden wir die bereits bezogenen Betten, die Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmetfenstern, die frischen Blumen und den wunderbaren Obstkorb bei unserer Anreise. Herr Sproedt hat im Vorfeld unserer Reise alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet uns vor Ort gute Restaurantsempfehlungen gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und werden gern einmall wiederkommen.

Super Location für ein Familienfest.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem großen grünen Areal. Man ist für sich, hat viel Platz. Wir waren mit 16 Personen ( 4-80 Jahre) vor Ort. Vor allem für Familienfeste super geeignet.

Ein tolles Haus für eine große Familie

Wir waren mit 17 Personen ( Alter 10-78) für eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus und sind begeistert. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und ideal für Radausflüge und Paddeltouren in der direkten Umgebung. Aber auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Nordsee sind innerhalb von einer Autostunde gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind groß und freundlich und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Außerdem gibt es mehrere schöne Aufenhaltsräume und einen sehr großen Garten. Wir hatten schon viele große Ferienhäuser und dieses ist auf jeden Fall eines der Besten.

Familienurlaub de luxe :)

Wir haben eine tolle Woche mit der Familie hier verbracht. Es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt - sogar Bett und Stuhl für unsere 16 Monate alte Tochter wurden organisiert. Das Haus ist wirklich toll, sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für größere Gruppen. Man trifft sich im grossen Wohn-und Esszimmer, hat aber immer auch die Möglichkeit, sich in die zahlreichen anderen Räume zurückziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets sehr gut. Wir empfehlen einen Urlaub in diesem Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne wieder!

Großes Familientreffen in wundervoller Umgebung

Was soll man sagen? Einfach phantastisch. Liebevollst und umfassend eingerichtet. Jedes Appartement für sich individuell und mit Geschmack. Absolute Stille bzw. Natur pur, Singvögel und entferntes, nie störendes Froschquaken. Egal ob zu zweit, Klein- oder Groß-Familie. Es ist die Reise wert. 500 m entfernt grandiose Flussbadestelle mit Privatstrandfeeling. In 10 Km Friedrichstadt (holländisches Viertel mit Grachten, etc.). Da können wir nur Werbung machen. Sehr gerne und hoffentlich "wieder". 👍🤩

Der Gesamteindruck des Ferienhauses war perfekt!

Wir hatten alle Wohnungen, sprich das ganze Haus für ein Wochenende gemietet. Jedes einzelne Zimmer konnte mit perfekter Sauberkeit, frischen Handtüchern und Blumen überzeugen. Eine wirklich geschmackvolle, moderne aber sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Ebenso perfekt für Hunde und Kinder. Ich kann das Haus, aber auch den Gastgeber zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem netten Willkommenskorb empfangen und mit allen Infos rund um Ungebung ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße, Familie Herzig
