"My mirror in my bathroom was messed up/broken. I had to request for someone to clean my room after being gone all day the second day and I was there for four nights. Staff was nice! I loved the filtered water fountain and the bottle that was provided, but the rooms could use a little updating. There was no microwave at all and no refrigerator! The pool was nice and warm "

"From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed with the kindness of the staff, the aesthetic of the lobby and the beautiful courtyard garden and pool. The receptionists at the desk (Darlene and Tracy) graciously informed me that they can keep my bag allowing me to meander to Café du Monde because I arrive very early. Once my room was ready, the receptionist, Tracy, checked me in. I entered the room and was pleased by the decor. However, I thought I smelled urine. I thought it was my overactive imagination. But the next day, I realized it was urine. I got on my hands and knees to clean the floor around the toilet, shower, and under the sick and closet. The smell diminished so I did one more cleaning to see if it eliminate the foul odor…it didn’t. The sheets and cover on the mattress was pulled up to keep me warm. To my horror, the mattress has brownish stains on it. I was further horrified. I like the hotel, the staff, and the location, but the retched smell and the unidentified brown stains on the mattress almost ruined my stay. Please invest in new mattresses for the comfort and safety of your guest. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Dauphine Orleans Hotel immensely. The location is in the quarter but not in the center of noise and activity. It was an easy walk to all of my destinations.... Hotel Monteleone, Cafe du Monde, Canal Street, ACME Oyster House. The staff was friendly and professional and eager to help with any request."
