2 Bedroom Loft across from Casino!

2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Loft with balcony and grill. Around 1200 square feet with a sleeper sofa. Great location close to restaurants, golf courses, casino, and shopping! A short drive to Patoka lake, skiing, or the winery! Enjoy staying in our French Lick Loft with full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony,, enough room for 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofas. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and television with an adjoining full bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is an additional full bath that you can access from the entryway hallway. You're sure to enjoy your stay with many restaurants, golf courses, casino, and history nearby! Key codes for entering main lobby as well as the hallway. Very secure environment! to do for everyone!
Please note there are no local television stations available but the TV's offer plenty of streaming channels.

Perfect spot

Very clean, well stocked, and great location. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back again sometime. Loved the golfing at the Donald Ross course and enjoyed a delicious meal at Moo Moo's, which is right below the loft.

Gorgeous place we never wanted to leave!

This properties pictures do not give it justice! It is so beautiful and spacious inside! We had an amazing time staying here with multiple restaurants within the building and in walking distance. Will definitely book again in the future!

Excellent condo!

This was a very modern and well appointed 2 bed condo. The entire building is nice as well. The area is great, with several restaurants and a sports bar right down stairs. Even with the businesses below, there was little sound and no disruptions. The area is within walking distance of many French Lick attractions and right across the street from the main hotel. This condo is much better than a hotel room and much less in price. We have stayed in both and will always choose this rental.

Excellent Condo & Location

We tried to book a stay at French Lick Springs hotel for our annual girls trip. The hotel did not have much availability, so we started looking at VRBO. Found this condo listing, and I doubt I ever stay at the hotel again! Located directly across the street from the hotel, this condo cannot be beat. It was clean & comfortable and directly above the Legends bar & restaurant. Very convenient and a much better price & better accomodations than the French Lick Springs or West Baden! Host was responsive to all questions before our stay, had absolutely no issues once we arrived. Do not hesitate to book this condo!

Condo was a very clean modern unit. It was nicely equipped - we had everything we needed. The layout was good for multiple folks. The location was perfect. It is walkable to many restaurants and activities. Parking was convenient. We liked the locked entrance to the part of the floor with the condo. Felt very secure. Noise was not an issue even with the businesses below the condos. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. The one negative, as others have mentioned, was a very bad odor in the lobby and on the elevator. However, it was not present in the hallway or the condo.

Yes Our rental was very clean. The parking was easy with good lighting. There were 3 bars and restaurants with in walking distance. The info on the check in was not correct. Also, a call was needed to obtain assistance to obtain entry codes and our door keys. Our rental was prepaid. It was obtained and the remainder of our visit was satisfactory.
