No hot water on the first night stay and the maintenance guy said it was probably due to over use by other guests. Then it happened again on the second night. After long days of hiking it would have been bice to have a hot shower. Also the rooms were clean but outdated

Perfect location and a welcome respite after a day in Capital Reef (and 2 previous nights “glamping”). Nice property and amenities, enjoyed saying hello to the horse located on the other side of the fence by the rock garden.
