"This is a gem of a place, preserving the historic feel while giving modern conveniences with some mid-century modern vibe. For the price you can't beat it! This is a contactless check in and check out, the instructions to get into the building and into the room were very clear and we had no problem. Do not be put off by the appearance of the entry and the elevator, I loved the floor indicator for the elevator, really had that historic vibe. The hallway also looked older, but the room was definitely not 100 years old in appearance! Very tasteful decor, smart TV, comfortable bed, fully appointed kitchen with pots/ pans/plates/glasses and a full sized refrigerator/freezer. could definitely see myself staying here for a few days as a home base for exploring. Lots of closet space and a full size dresser. I had to contact the owner with an issue and they were very responsive and we resolved the matter right away. I would highly recommend this place, it was quiet and just a few blocks from restaurants downtown. Love, love, love!!! (on Expedia the description said it had three bathrooms, but there was only one. Warm water right away!)"

"The cabin was really lovely. Very nicely built. The top area with multiple beds is very cozy, and the bedroom is cozy too. We did notice that 2 of the beds smelled: 1 musty (top floor) and 1 like someone had just slept in it (some kind of perfume - in the bedroom) - so that's worth noting.Lots of extras in the kitchen which is really cool. Loved having a hair dryer as well, and a guitar to play. Plus axes to throw and more outside.Would love for there to be protective straps for the trees where they set up hammocks, a Zipline, and more - the lines are digging into the tree bark and hurting the numerous trees.I would come back, especially with a larger group."

"The property was great! Very clean, nice breakfast, good access to water for our water bottles, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fitness center. Wish the staff could have accommodated a cheaper second room for us (when my first night with my snoring mom was a trial :)); it was a bit of a bummer to be told I needed to pay max rates when the hotel still had 15% capacity left and I’d already paid for another room… but that’s the way it goes during peak season, I guess! Otherwise, great stay."
