The beds are nice and do not make noise. However, the carpet needs a thorough clean up.

DV incident in the hallway while I was there. No one at front desk answered calls. Room key was super problematic took many trys to work everytime. Ran out of soap and toilet paper, only given one small bar and one roll for 2 night stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Front desk rarely had staff. Only pros were the cost and other than the DV incident relatively safe.
Pool and hut tub are disgusting, entire hotel is dated and in need of a face lift.
Breakfast is toast and waffles, they were out of baglea and cream cheese for 6 days. Not even close to continental.
Room catds go out every day, i stopped even bothering with them and just had managment make me new keys every time i left my room.
Bed was alright, sheets were clean, but that was the only enjoyable part of my stay.
Room service is every other day, but they only leave 1 towel

Our room was very quiet.
Even being right next to the freeway the double windows worked great blocking the sound. It was nice to be able to open the windows to get a little fresh air. Many places you cannot do that. We were able to enjoy the hot tub even though most of the jets were not working which we were told of beforehand. The bed was super comfortable.We loved it! I thought the price was pretty good as well.
Hallway looks dirty or worn out. Maybe it’s old. Room carpet needs deep cleaning or maybe needs replacement. Bathroom dink and tile has noticeable cracked . Elevator smells smoke as if someone is smoking . Outside looks nice .

Great price. Bathroom could use a better cleaning. Had trouble getting back into the room at the end of the night, door key censor was having issues.

I'll upload the photo when I make my Google review. I stayed in a suite my first night it was very basic to pay extra so my second night I change my room to a regular room. On my way to my room I noticed white patches in the carpets of the hallways and it smelled all throughout the halls (that should've been my first clue I'd have an issue.) After I finally got into my room and sanitized all the main areas as I was cleaning the bathroom I noticed medium size patch of black mold on the ceiling. I immediately gathered my belongings to check out. The person who checked me in seemed to be understanding and helped me with a quick checkout. However I don't understand how the hotel employees aren't aware of what's occuring at their hotel, I was a bit upset I wasted my time.

Staff was very nice.
The beds were firm and the room was clean.
We were pleasantly surprised that there was a complementary breakfast (which consisted of bagels, oatmeal, coffee, bread for toast, and waffles).
Only one elevator was operational during our stay and the hot water and wifi were out at various points during our 4 night stay but they fixed those issues.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again. It was worth it!

I love how the staff is very friendly, the room met all of my expectations. I was able to extend my stay with no problems. I definitely recommend this Hotel for future stays everything was just so Wonderful I had no problems at all.

I booked a King suite here due to Expedia's endorsement of GOOD. We checked in and pulled the sofa sleeper out to find it crawling with bugs and covered in stains and bug feces. The sofa bed itself was completely broken. IT WAS DISGUSTING. I immediately reported to front desk where another patron was also reporting issues. We immediately checked into the suite at the Marriot next door which saved my vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE- IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!
I stayed here twice. The second time will be my last. Staff are super nice. Helpful. Toilet seat kept moving, I asked maintenance to tighten the bolts (tried to do it myself but I couldn’t). They sent maintenance and got the job done. Had a roach in my room. Just one but ew! Vacuuming is not enough. Can see dirt and hair and other things near edges and under the beds. Please clean thoroughly.
