2/10 Terrible

"Room was dirty upon arrival and not well maintained. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and would hit the bathroom door every time we closed it. We stayed 3 nights/ 4 days and our room was not cleaned at all. We never even saw anyone from room service our entire stay. Our first night the hotel was overrun with bikers for Ohio bike week. Our last 2 nights we had a high school basketball team on our floor that would play in the halls and slam their doors. We would not stay here again."

"The room keys seem to get demagnetized very easily and multiple people were locked out of the back building through out the stay. Our room had a faint but undeniable scent of cigarette smoke, the hotel was at full capacity and we couldn’t change rooms. The staff promptly brought up a room spray that removed the smell. Our room was clean, the jacuzzi tub looked dated but well maintained. Our refrigerator did have food and alcohol left from the guest before us, so cleaning staff should check that when turning over the room."

"Room was dirty ceiling vent in bathroom was caked in dirt and made loud humming noise. The whole property smells like mold. The staff was not friendly, there were no amenities with the exception of the pool which was nice. Kids running up and down hallways all night knocking and running. Adults getting drunk in the hallways all night. I get it it’s close to cedar point but for 255 this place is a dump and poorly ran. This should be a 60 dollar hotel. No breakfast no gym and the lobby is used for pizza parties and hang outs. Staff has no control."
