"The staff was friendly. However, when we first entered the room, it smelled musty and a little like mold. The front desk clerk was notified. He did not offer any assistance or remedy. He simply states that he would inform engineering the next day. After expressing my disappointment, I was offered a can of room spray to cover the musty room odor. Thankfully we were checking out the next morning. Or stay consisted of 11 hours. Disappointed."
