Neue, nett eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage, inkl. Parklplatz

Pros: Neubau mit neuer Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, vernünftiger Schrank (nicht nur ein Brett mit Bügeln wie anderswo), großer, möblierter Ost-/Südbalkon (ohne Sonnenschutz). Modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine. Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Obwohl im Innenhof eine riesige Parkfläche sämtlicher umliegender Häuser ist, war es ruhig. Effiziente Check in und Check out Abwicklung, Schlüsseltresor an der Eingangstür. Bei Problemen/Defekten wurde sofort geholfen. Cons: Von der Konstruktion der Wohnung/Haus war Durchlüften im Sinne von Durchzug nicht möglich, da beide Fenster auf derselben Seite waren. Der Hausflur ist ebenfalls ohne Fenster. Bei knapp 40 Grad überall mollig warm und man schmorte im eigenen Saft. Ein Ventilator ist vorhanden, aber die Hitze stand in der Wohnung. Zu anderen Jahreszeiten sicher unproblematisch. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, leider völlig unbrauchbar für Arbeiten vor Ort. Extrem langsam, Videoschalte nicht möglich an allen 4 Tagen. Man sollte idealerweise auf einen eigenen WLAN-Hotspot ausweichen können.
