The apartment is located on the south-west corner of Rotteckring and Friedrichsring. It is only a few steps away from the direct pedestrian zone. It is quiet, bright, tastefully decorated and has a bay window with a side view of Fahnenbergplatz. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building and is equipped with a comfort bathroom (shower / toilet) hair dryer, a kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave, an attractive dining area, a relaxation couch and cable TV and Radio with CD player. Own parking spaces can be rented 7 € / day.

Nearly in the center of town

The place was very comfortable, and just a few blocks from Munster Market. It has a small balcony, nice cross-breeze to cool the unit down at night, comfy bed, a kitchen that has cooking equipment and room for entertaining a few guests. If you're staying more than a few days, bring shower soap, shampoo, extra towel and cooking spices. There is a nightclub in the basement and, although it cannot be heard at night, the folks partying in the street until 3 am can be noisy. Overall, an excellent choice.
