It is quiet, bright, tastefully decorated and has a bay window with a side view of Fahnenbergplatz. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey building and is equipped with a comfort bathroom (shower / toilet) hair dryer, a kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave, an attractive dining area, a relaxation couch and cable TV and Radio with CD player.
