Apartment 'Zimis Hofnest' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Zimis Hofnest - a modern vacation apartment on our organic farm.



There is something for everyone here. If you are looking for a quiet place to be close to nature, go hiking or undertake other activities, then you have come to the right place. If you would like to learn something about regional agriculture or bring your children closer to the animal world, then we welcome you and your family. We can also offer you a quiet place to work. Your pets (max. 3) may of course accompany you.



Our 84m² apartment offers a large bedroom (queen-size bed), a small bedroom (with pull-out bed), a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a spacious living room (sofa bed) with a workplace. We can accommodate up to 5 people. There is also a 20m² partially covered terrace at your disposal. Here you can enjoy the view of the Black Forest and our fields. If you are lucky you can watch our cattle or chickens grazing. On request, we can provide a baby travel cot, a high chair and more. Entertainment is provided with games, puzzles and books.



In our 24h vending machine you will find our and other regional products (eggs, sausages, pasta, bread, etc.).



After your booking with us, you will receive a guest book by e-mail with lots of information, tips for the region and a self-created Black Forest map via Google Maps.

Überraschend große Wohnung, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung ist perfekt. Selbst Bücher und Spiele für Kinder und Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und problemlos ansprechbar, wenn Fragen geklärt werden müssen oder Ideen gesucht sind. Als wir abends Lust auf ein spontanes Gläschen Wein hatten, versuchte der Vermieter über private Kontakte einen Einkauf im örtlichen Weinladen möglich zu machen. Da dies nicht möglich war, bekamen wir kurzerhand ein Fläschchen aus seinem eigenen Keller!

Wir haben uns im "Zimis Hofnest" sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, wenn auch ein paar Sachen, wie die Schneidbretter oder die Untersetzer, recht versteckt sind. Am Besten die Geheimschublade gleich von Jochen beim Check-in zeigen lassen. Den Lebensmittelautomaten mit Produkten vom Hof direkt am Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Es gab jeden Morgen frische Bio-Eier von glücklichen Hühnern, die man von der Ferienwohnung in einiger Entfernung sehr gut beobachten kann.Die Lage insgesamt ist genial. Von Freiamt aus führen in alle Himmelsrichtungen Strassen, so dass man wie eine Spinne auf dem Berg sitzt.Jochen und Nadja sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Daher von uns 5 Sterne!

Eine moderne und liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Schwarzwald, welche zum Entspannen und Wein trinken einlädt. Der Automat vor der Tür mit frischen Eiern, selbst gebackenem Brot u. anderen regionalen Produkten fanden wir echt super. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit im Schwarzwald. Cons: Es war alles bestens :)

Schöne erholsame Zeit

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es verlief alles unkompliziert.

Ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in toller Atmosphäre

Pros: Die Wohnung war in einem neuen Zustand und picobello sauber. Die Umgebung ist ländlich, was mit Hunden super gut passt. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen in der Krone in Mußbach oder im Schlosscafe in Tenningen. Auch das Café Traudl war einmalig mit seinen hausgemachten Torten. Die Vermieter sind super nett und erfüllen nahezu alle Wünsche. Wir fragten nach einer Filterkaffeemaschine, da in der Wohnung eine Kapselkaffeemaschine stand. Am gleichen Tag noch bekamen wir eine Filterkaffeemaschine geliefert. Dafür 5 von 5 Sternen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde sie auch wieder buchen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis optimal war. Cons: Das Wetter war leider schlecht. Viel Regen aber da muß man sich flexibel zeigen.
