Perfect Spot!
We stayed one night for a fishing tournament, but this place was a gem! Beautiful home that is decorated beyond expectations. It’s even nicer in person than the pictures indicate. Host was very friendly and a great communicator. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Would definitely stay again.

Althoughbthe weather was not ideal for the beach, we were able to enjoy time there and the surrounding area. The house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked for cooking/entertainment.

The process from start to finish was fabulous!! Communication with answers was always prompt. The house was very clean, warm and in a great location. Amenities made our stay extremely comfortable. I got to meet Rob (Owner) and he could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I would not hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely fabulous!
We only stayed a short time, but the property was absolutely beautiful. I think the only thing missing was a proper spatula. But we made do. Everything else we could have possibly needed was there. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay again.

Family beach vacation
This rental met all of our needs for a short family vacation. It’s only about 3 to 4 blocks off the beach, so very walkable. Laid-back atmosphere. Our older kids enjoyed the cornhole beanbag game and board games. There were only two beach towels provided, I’m not sure if this is normal or if previous guests walked off with them. That’s the only thing I can say that we were short of. Owner was very accessible and even provided recommendations for eating and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to surfside.

The beach house was in a great spot with an open lot for the kids to run and play. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time at the beach, the water was beautiful and clear that weekend, can't wait to go back next year!

House was clean and nice and good location. We did the check out at 11:10am and felt like we were kicked out of the house just by 11;09am we had somebody coming to the house to kicked us out and that person was mad just because we keft 10 minutes after check out.

The Perfect Beach Getaway
This home is even more charming than the photos depict. It was clean , whimsical, with a comfortable couch and beds. I would not hesitate recommending this listing to anyone thinking about a beach getaway. The owner was lovely to work with too.

Over all was okay. The range was not working. Main bathroom’s sink nearly no water comes out of facet. Not enough towels. This was advertised as new build, but obviously wasn’t.

Gorgeous and CLEAN Beach House
Our family of 4 rented the house on a trip down to Houston to see my parents. The house is super new and decorated in a gorgeous modern beach theme. Everything you need is available during your stay and we were very comfortable as there was more than enough space for everyone. Rob was responsive and allowed us to check in s little early. We spent the days doing touristy things in Galveston and trying some of the amazing local restaurants. So much fun, we will be back!

Robert and his home were lovely! I had accidentally selected the wrong check-in date and Robert was able to accommodate my last minute request, with kindness! His home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a quick get-away weekend. Short walk to the beach, wonderful patio, comfy beds, and dog friendly!! We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday in Surfside and loved this property. We loved this house and all the amenities it had to offer. The location is a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to do so again!

Had a great visit . Many stairs so a little hard for elderly mother… We loved the house! I do need to mention that the bed and trundle were not very comfortable and seemed too small for both. The other two rooms and the rest of the house were lovely! Loved hanging out on the porch/balcony area. My two dogs had no problems with the stairs. I was able to have a golf cart delivered easily! It was easy access to the beach with a car. I didn’t mind the walk, but if one has a lot of stuff, better to drive. Hoping for another trip in the fall! Thanks for letting us stay! Angelique

Beach Getaway
We rented this beach house for a family vacation and wedding. It was a family of 6 kids ages 8, 6, 2.5, 1. And 2 grandparents. This house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and beautifully decorated. And the beds were very comfortable! We’ve stayed in some that have the worst beds! We utilized the washing machine daily, but I will suggest NOT washing your whites. Nothing to do with the house or owner, but the water in Freeport. There was easy beach access from the house if you choose to walk which we did the first night, but we did choose to pay for a parking permit ($12 for the year) and drive to the beach and park on the sand. With 4 kids we go to the beach with a lot of things! The house came equipped with children’s toys and beach toys! The owner brought a corn hole set and a hose the day we arrived (we requested the hose so we could fill up a baby pool under the house). He was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and this host! If we return to Surfside we would absolutely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. VERY clean and updated. No issues with this property at all. Comfortable beds. Has everything you need for a small group to enjoy Surfside, TX. Does not have great beach access but the area is quiet.
