Welcome to Gulf Gumbo Club — a second-row Surfside Beach house built for sandy toes, sunset dinners, and the kind of family time you'll be talking about all year. Named for a Texas Blue Crab Gumbo recipe passed down in our family, this house is our take on what a gumbo really is: a little bit of everything good, all in one place.

Sun and waves for the kids. Fishing and crabbing for the adventurers. Hammocks and quiet for the ones who just need to breathe. An outdoor kitchen for the ones who come alive with tongs in their hand. And every night, everyone back around the same table, flip-flops on, with nowhere else to be.

The Space

Three bedrooms, two updated baths, sleeps 8–10 comfortably. The layout is open and easy — a spacious living and dining area that pulls everyone together, a well-appointed kitchen ready for big meals or quick beach lunches, and blackout curtains in every bedroom so no one's up at sunrise unless they want to be.

The Outdoor Kitchen (our favorite part)

The lower deck is where this house really comes alive. Propane BBQ grill, cook-top fire pit, prep table with hot and cold water sink, outdoor fridge, 65" Smart TV.  Bring your fresh catch, your burgers, or Grandma's gumbo recipe - the setup is ready for it. Hammocks and string lights under the house for the after-dinner wind-down.

Room for up to 5 vehicles — covered parking for 2 under the house, 2 driveway spots, 1 outside the fence. We also have a 14-50 RV outlet that fits rigs up to 40 feet and a Tesla Level 2 EV charger. The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac at the last public beach access — less traffic, more peace.

Golf Cart (available for an additional fee)

Our 4-seater Gulf Gumbo cart with sound bar is available to rent during your stay. Cruise the beach in style — just ask.
